That's right, Kevin and I completed a whole week (3 days to be exact) of running.
It was a tough week getting back into it, but I think today was a big improvement.
I also started walking with
my friend Kris on the opposite days, Tuesday and Thursday.
Those days are not only good for getting my body moving
but good for my mental soul as well, I have enjoyed getting
a bit of that back.
So thank you Kevin and Kris for rounding out my life and helping my already
rounded out body and giving me some balance.
Can't wait for Monday
